So my theory is before last episode airs:
Labcoat girl turned him into dog cause senpai didnt shown the pink haired any affection and more: It may have ben pink haired girl idea to turn him into dog just to literally own senpai like a dog,pink haired girl is very kinky,lol

it did strike me as odd that she was callin him (a dog) senpai? i mean i think ive seen other cases where someones crushing on a senpai and using a substitute in their place (like a pillow or other object) as well though , so well just have to wait and see......ultimately 2? we have 1 Yandere , 1 generally crazy , and 1 girl whos normal but just afraid of dogs =X i think the real winner is quite obvious of who to go with.
